Vaping laws in Canada vary significantly by province. All provinces follow federal regulations under the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA), but each province has the right to add stricter local restrictions. This guide is for informational purposes — always verify current local laws before purchasing.
Flavoured Products Banned in 3 Provinces
Quebec, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island have banned the sale of flavoured vaping products (except tobacco flavour). We do not ship flavoured e-liquids, pods, or disposables to addresses in these provinces. PEI also requires buyers to be 21+.
Alberta
