Age requirements are set by each province under their respective Tobacco and Vaping Control acts. Federal law under the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA) also prohibits the sale of vaping products to persons under 18 years of age.
Age Verification Process
1. Online Age Gate
When you first visit Freaky Vapes, you must confirm that you are of legal age in your province. This confirmation is stored in your browser for your current session.
2. Checkout Declaration
By placing an order, you legally declare that you are of legal purchasing age in your province or territory. Providing false information is a violation of federal and provincial law.
3. ID at Delivery
Our shipping partners (Canada Post / Purolator) may require a valid government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth at the time of delivery. If the recipient cannot prove legal age, the package will be returned to us and the order refunded minus shipping costs.
Flavoured Product Restrictions
The following provinces ban the sale of flavoured vaping products (any flavour other than tobacco). We will not fulfil orders for flavoured e-liquids, disposable vapes with non-tobacco flavours, or flavoured pods to these addresses:
