How do I track my order?
Go to My Orders in the header, enter the email you used at checkout, and you'll see all your orders and their current status. You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
I ordered the wrong item — can I cancel?
Contact us immediately at freakyvapeskelowna@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we can cancel or modify it. Once shipped, we cannot cancel but you may be eligible for a return.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Take photos of the damaged item and packaging and email us at freakyvapeskelowna@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Can I return an opened product?
For health and safety reasons, opened vaping products (e-liquids, used devices, opened pod packs) cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 10 days with proof of purchase.
Do you ship to all provinces?
We currently deliver within British Columbia only. A valid government-issued ID may be required at delivery for age verification. Free delivery is available within 15 km of our West Kelowna store, and all other BC addresses are charged $5.99.
My coupon code isn't working — help?
Make sure the code is entered exactly as provided (codes are case-insensitive but must be spelled correctly). Check that the code hasn't expired and that your order meets any minimum purchase requirement shown on the coupon.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once shipped or assigned for delivery. Timing depends on your BC address and delivery method.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Clover, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your full credit card number on our servers.
