Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing, as vaping products are subject to health and safety restrictions on returns under Canadian law.

What Can Be Returned
We accept returns on the following within 10 calendar days of the delivery date:
- Unopened vaping devices and kits in original, sealed manufacturer packaging
- Unopened, sealed e-liquid bottles with intact tamper-evident seal
- Unopened pod packs with original packaging fully intact
- Unopened accessories (batteries, chargers) in original packaging
Conditions for Return
- Item must be in original condition — unused, sealed, and with all packaging materials
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
- Return must be initiated within 10 days of delivery confirmation
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable for health, safety, and regulatory reasons:
- Any e-liquid bottle that has been opened (tamper seal broken)
- Used or partially used disposable vaping devices
- Pod packs where packaging has been opened or any pod removed
- Any device that has been used, charged, or fired
- Items returned after the 10-day window
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
This policy is in place to comply with Health Canada guidelines on the resale of vaping products and to protect the health and safety of all customers.
Defective Products
If your product arrives defective or stops functioning under normal use within the warranty period, we will replace or refund it:
- Devices/hardware: 30-day defect warranty from delivery. Must not show signs of physical damage, water damage, or misuse
- E-liquids: Report within 48 hours of receipt if the product smells off, appears contaminated, or seal was already broken on arrival
- Email support@freakyvapes.ca with your order number and clear photos of the defect
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the outer packaging
- Do not discard the packaging — we may need it for a carrier claim
- Email support@freakyvapes.ca with photos and your order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
How to Start a Return
Email support@freakyvapes.ca with subject: "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
Include your reason for return and photos if the item is damaged or defective
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and a return shipping address
Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
