Freaky Vapes ships Canada-wide using trusted Canadian carriers. Because vaping products contain nicotine, all deliveries are subject to mandatory age verification — a valid government-issued ID may be required at the door.
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on Canadian statutory holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian federal statutory holidays.

Free shipping threshold is calculated on your order subtotal after any discount codes are applied, before tax. Remote communities (Northern Ontario, Northern Quebec, NWT, NU, YT) may have longer delivery times and additional surcharges applied by the carrier.
Carriers
We ship using the following trusted Canadian carriers:
- Canada Post — standard delivery across all provinces and territories
- Purolator — express delivery to major urban centres
The carrier is selected based on your location and the size/weight of your order. All packages are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging — no vaping product logos or brand names are visible on the outside of the parcel.
Age Verification at Delivery
Adult Signature Required
Because vaping products contain nicotine, carriers may require a valid government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth at the time of delivery. A person of legal age must be present to accept the package.
- Accepted ID: driver's licence, passport, provincial health card (where accepted), or other government-issued photo ID
- If no one is home, the carrier will leave a delivery notice — you can pick up the parcel at the carrier's depot (ID required)
- If the recipient cannot prove legal age, the parcel will be returned to us. A refund will be issued for the products minus the original shipping cost
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, as age verification at a P.O. box cannot be performed
Shipping Restrictions
We ship within Canada only. We do not ship to the United States or any international address.
Due to provincial flavour restrictions, flavoured vaping products cannot be shipped to Quebec, Nova Scotia, or Prince Edward Island. Only tobacco-flavoured products can be shipped to these provinces.
We do not ship to:
- P.O. boxes or rural route addresses where carrier age verification cannot be performed
- Schools, educational institutions, or healthcare facilities
- Any address where the recipient has previously failed age verification
Freaky Vapes complies fully with the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA) and all applicable provincial shipping and sale restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we believe may violate these regulations.

- Track your order anytime by visiting My Orders in the header and entering your email address
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has shipped
